The pace is lively, with nothing feeling too manic (even when things get wacky) and the formula still has freshness thanks to the imagination of what the boys get up to. Writing is witty and is accessible for children and adults alike, nothing is simplistic here while still being easy to understand. The theme song is irresistible with a melody that sticks in the head for days without being an earworm and with very quotable lyrics. The music is in the style that is not usually my style of choice when listening to music, but it is very catchy and pleasant to listen to. The visuals in "Escape from Phineas Tower", especially when things get more chaotic, have some nice imagination. Animation is bright and colourful, with such vibrant colours that literally pop out at you and beautifully detailed backgrounds. Perry the Platypus fans, like me, will love it. Which has a very morbid-sounding title but is actually a lot of wildly crazy fun and unique structurally for 'Phineas and Ferb'. While preferring the premise for "Escape from Phineas Tower", with a catchier title and a cooler location, the more consistent episode in my mind was actually "The Remains of the Platypus". Both "Escape from Phineas Tower" and "The Remains of the Platypus" are truly great episodes. Even if it is very formula-based, there are so many cool situations, quotes and songs and have always loved the characters and the theme song. Luckily, it turned out to be a major hit with me and my brother and sisters and very quickly we became addicted to it. Jerry struck without any warning or provocation, and seemed to pack a mean punch.Despite being a huge Disney fan, 'Phineas and Ferb' was one of those shows before starting to watch where there was uncertainty as to whether it would be my cup of tea. Jerry the Platypus seems to have only one skill: the use of a metal pipe which he either chews on or wields as a melee weapon against people and objects around him. Jerry was also very unpredictable in the use of his metal pipe, striking his master without any provocation. He was very amused by the sight of Perry the Platypus fighting his lookalikes, though he may have simply been mimicking Doofenshmirtz. Jerry the Platypus seemed to have very limited intelligence, staring vacantly into space and not obeying instructions. Despite all of these rather unseemly features, Jerry the Platypus was thought "too cute to destroy" by Doofenshmirtz. Jerry's fedora was also rather awkwardly sized for his head. His eyes were differently sized and half-closed, overshadowed by thick black eyebrows. His mouth was permanently open, and he was constantly drooling. Jerry's bill was very large and distorted, forming a large bulb on the end. His frame was rather swollen, almost obese from some angles, while his arms remained basically the correct size. Unlike his fellow lookalikes, Jerry the Platypus had only the slightest similarity to the original. The Platyproliferatorinator exploded shortly afterwards. Jerry the Platypus was eventually destroyed when Perry leaped onto his lounge chair, flinging him at the "reverse" button of the Platyproliferatorinator and causing it to suck him, along with all of the other clones. However, due to his lack of physical prowess, he sat on the sidelines in a lounge chair and watched Perry fight for his life. Jerry joined the rest of the doppelgängers when they came together to destroy Perry the Platypus. His purpose in life was to ruin Perry the Platypus's reputation, though he most likely remained at D.E.I due to his unconvincing appearance. Jerry the Platypus was one of many Perry the Platypus doppelgängers created by Doofenshmirtz's Platyproliferatorinator.
